This application interfaces a C language code that implements a direct call to C-Lapack library routine dspev_ for computing eigenvalues of a symmetric matrix using a simplified storage strategy.

You must supply a level sequence for each graph you want to have the energy computed (we consider only graphs of the type trees, where no closed loops occur). This can be done by supplying a file where all the level sequences are written, line by line.
